  1. Can I return my order if it is not a good fit?

Of course, you can always return your order. To do this you can choose any courier to send it to us or talk to us and we will send Seur to pick it up at your home (this will have a cost of 7 euros which will be deducted from the return). You can also choose to make an exchange for another of our garments or ask us to make you a voucher for the amount spent that will never expire. So when you like something you will only have to use that voucher to have it at home.

  1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Normally, and I say normally, because shipping is not an exact science, it takes between 24 and 72 hours. We will always send you an email when it is going to be delivered and if it takes too long do not hesitate to talk to us so that together we can see what has happened.

 

  1. How much will it cost me to order?

That will depend on the amount to spend and the area where you live, as a general rule in the whole peninsula shipping costs will be free from 70 euros and 3.50 for lower amounts. The costs vary in the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

 

  1. Can I order if I do not live in Spain?

  1. What size should I choose?

Our garments have measurements so that you can orientate yourselves, if a garment is especially small or large we will let you know. You can always ask us if you have any questions on 636458057, we will be happy to help you.
